Recently bought a 2015 Q50 with the navigation package. Although the car has been great, the old-school navigation screen has really shown its age. I started researching online for CarPlay modules and found plenty of companies selling them. The issue then became researching each unit from the various companies and deciding which was best for me. Even with research, buying a unit is still a gamble, sometimes a problem becomes an issue only you can solve, without the company backing it up. Since I live in SoCal, I saw that UNAVI had a close location that also did installations, so I decided to go with them. Jimmy helped me with the installation process from start to finish, and I’m glad he was able to answer any questions I had. The process was done within an hour and a half, and now the car feels brand new. I'm super happy with the install and would highly recommend others to do the same.

From the moment I began researching a retrofit Apple CarPlay system for my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder, their team provided exceptional support and guidance. Before I placed my order, their representatives patiently answered all of my questions and recommended the exact components I needed for my vehicle. Even after I completed the purchase, they followed up to ensure I had ordered everything correctly—a level of customer service that is rare these days. The installation experience was excellent. In addition to the written instructions, Unavi provided a detailed YouTube installation video featuring my exact vehicle. Seeing the entire process demonstrated step-by-step eliminated any concerns I had about disassembling parts of my dashboard. The video was clear, professional, and incredibly helpful. 📈I had a really good experience with their CarPlay and Dashcam setups. I was looking for a smaller shop with good value on labor and customer service, so I’d totally recommend working with them. I happily paid a total of $1500 or so to have my older Raptor kitted up with the latest tech 📲

Oh my gosh, my shattered 2017 Cadillac CUE screen is like NEW again! So grateful to Jimmy G for his hard work. Great value at a fraction of the cost of a new CUE system.
